The ticket purchaser MUST be present when collecting their tickets at Les Glissades and have in hand the following items:
Purchase confirmation email
Electronic tickets (included with the confirmation email)
Valid photo ID with address
Orginial credit card used for purchase of tickets
The name on the order must be the same as the name on the credit card.
A ticket is mandatory to slide and to access the sliding zone of Les Glissades. A ticket is not required to stay in the Chalet.
