Preparing for your visit

Purchase your tickets in advance on our website. It is mandatory to purchase a ticket to access the site and the facilities.

The season schedule is subject to change without notice. Remember to check our website or social media pages carefully.

Prepare your snowsuits, lunches, snacks and more accordingly. Eating and drinking is permitted in the Chalet. However, drinks, meals, and catering from external sources are not permitted.

When you arrive

Go to the ticket office to obtain your tickets.

Have in hand the electronic or paper copy of your order.

You must obtain your physical ticket before sliding. You must have a ticket.

Line up in the queue to access the site.

Attach your ticket properly so it can be clearly visible to our employees.

You are now ready to enjoy lots of fun at our snow resort!
