A ticket is mandatory to slide and access the site, but not requiered to stay in the Chalet.

2. Change of date of an entry ticket

Les Glissades du Domaine des Pays d’en Haut offers its customers the possibility of postponing their visit to a later date during the current season for tickets online only. The ticket is valid at all times during the 2023-2024 sliding season.

3. Use of a season pass

The holder acknowledges that the season pass must only be used for their personal use and that any other use may lead to serious consequences, ranging from the definitive cancellation of the season pass to criminal prosecution, which may result in a fine or a term of imprisonment not exceeding two (2) years (“fraud”, in virtue of section 380 (1), paragraph b, subparagraph (I) and (ii), of the criminal code (l.R.C. (1985), c. C-46).

If the card is forgotten, lost, damaged or stolen, a new membership card may be issued at the boutique counter, for a fee of $10 plus tax.

4. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets and items

Les Glissades du Domaine des Pays d’en Haut is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets and any inconveniences caused by duplicated and counterfeit tickets. Tickets cannot therefore be replaced and Les Glissades du Domaine des Pays d’en Haut reserves the right to refuse access to the site. However, if your ticket printed at the ticket office is damaged, we can replace it only if the customer returns the damaged ticket to the ticket office. Tickets are sold EXCLUSIVELY online on our website at glissade.ca.

Les Glissades du Domaine des Pays d’en Haut, and its employees, cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of items in all its facilities.

5. Changes to the schedule

For security reasons, Les Glissades du Domaine des Pays d’en Haut reserves the right to temporarily close access to the site and/or certain sliding sectors and/or certain slopes, within regular opening hours, without notice and without any compensation. It is always best to check our website www.glissade.ca for details before you visit.

6. Acknowledgment and acceptance of risks

Anyone who obtains access to Les Glissades du Domaine des Pays d’en Haut recognizes that sliding sports as well as the use of ski lifts involve inherent dangers, regardless of their level of skill. The customer releases and exonerates Les Glissades du Domaine des Pays d’en Haut, its owners, shareholders, directors, officers, agents, and employees, from any liability, of any nature whatsoever, direct or indirect, with regard to any property or bodily damage(s), injury(ies) and/or death caused to them or to any person or property for any reason whatsoever. They personally assume full responsibility for all said damages and/or injuries and/or death and agrees to indemnify Les Glissades du Domaine des Pays d’en Haut and all the persons mentioned above for any claim that may be made against one or more of them.

7. Mountain code of conduct / safety and security

Anyone violating the safety instructions, the general regulations of the site, signs or markings set up on the site, the code of conduct on the mountains or having abusive behaviour could lose the privileges granted by this purchase, which may even go as far as expulsion from the site, without reimbursement. Les Glissades du Domaine des Pays d’en Haut is committed to providing a pleasant and courteous environment to its customers and employees.

Visit our website (www.glissade.ca) to find out about the mountain code of conduct, by virtue of the act respecting safety in sports, and the applicable safety rules.

  • Ascend safely! Always respect the safety instructions during the ascents.
  • Respect the safety barriers! Always wait for the gate to open before sliding. Never go under the barrier.
  • Slide safely! Be sure to follow the guidelines and instructions of the employees for each slope.
  • Respect the maximum number of sliders for the descent.
  • Free the track! Once your slide is complete, quickly exit the slope and walk to the end. The faster you clear the slope, the faster the other sliders can slide. Never cross across slopes.
  • On the rafting, tornade, bobsleigh & vortex360 (rtbv) sides if you have the adrénaline and totale experiences, you have access to the rtbv slopes which will open at 10 a.M. It is important to fasten your belt and remain attached in the vortex360. Wearing a helmet, provided by les glissades, is mandatory for the bobsleigh and the vortex360. For your safety, respect the number of people allowed in the ride.
  • A minimum height of 1m32 (52 inches) is required for the bobsleigh, the vortex360, as well as on the tubing side for the avalanche and formule 1 zones, reserved for experienced sliders.
  • For their safety, it is not recommended to slide with a child and/or let a child under the age of 2 slide alone. If the parent decides otherwise, the child must be seated on an adult. It is strongly recommended that children wear a helmet.
  • Be courteous! You are not alone on the mountain!
  • It is forbidden to consume or have in your possession drugs or alcohol on the site.

8. Wearing a helmet

Wearing a helmet is strongly recommended by all the authorities and all the departments of Les Glissades du Domaine des Pays d’en Haut. Wearing a helmet, provided by Les Glissades du Domaine des Pays d’en Haut, is mandatory for the Bobsleigh and Vortex360.

9. Gift cards

Unless specified otherwise on the site, the purchaser is responsible for the delivery costs. If customs fees are applicable during deliveries outside canada, they will be assumed by the purchaser. Your gift card will be prepared for delivery in less than 7 business days. Les Glissades du Domaine des Pays d’en Haut cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery errors related to the delivery provider.

10. Equipment rental

The customer agrees to use the equipment only for normal and customary purposes for which it is intended and for no other purpose. They also agree not to cause or authorize anyone other than the authorized personnel of Les Glissades du Domaine des Pays d’en Haut to make any modification, maintenance, or repair to the equipment. They agree to be the sole user of the equipment and not to allow or tolerate the equipment being used by any other person.

To be able to provide the rental, the customer must register a valid credit card number, which can be used to cover the additional days of the rental of the equipment and/or the replacement value in the event the equipment is not returned.

Breakage and damage to rented equipment
In the event that the rented equipment, or any part or piece is damaged or is not in good condition for any reason whatsoever at the time of return of the equipment to Les Glissades du Domaine des Pays d’en Haut, the customer agrees to assume all repair, maintenance and/or cleaning costs required to return said equipment and all said parts and/or pieces to good serviceable, repairable and working condition. If the equipment cannot be repaired, the customer then agrees to pay the amounts at the retail prices mentioned below.

The customer waives any security guarantee, legal or conventional, concerning the equipment and/or any damage which it may cause.

Replacement value of rental equipment
Helmet: $125
Goggles: $125

In addition, in all cases, the daily rental rate will continue to apply, with prejudice to all other laws and recourses of Les Glissades du Domaine des Pays d’en Haut, as long as the equipment and all other pieces and parts of said equipment have not been returned in its original state.

The customer declares to be fully aware of the risks presented by the sport for which this equipment is intended. The customer releases and exonerates Les Glissades du Domaine des Pays d’en Haut, its owners, shareholders, directors, officers, agents and employees, from any liability, of any nature whatsoever, direct or indirect, for any damage (material or bodily), injury(ies) and/or death which would be caused to them or which would be caused to any person or for any reason whatsoever including, without limitation, as a result of negligence, the choice and/or use of the rented equipment. They personally assume full responsibility for all said damages and/or injuries and/or death and agrees to indemnify Les Glissades du Domaine des Pays d’en Haut and all the persons mentioned above for any claim that may be made against one or more of them.

11. Dogs and other service animals

Dogs and other animals are not permitted on site. Only guide and service dogs are permitted. Your dog must be always identifiable. For safety reasons, we may require the owner to provide the required documents attesting to their service dog or guide dog certification. You must stay away from the slopes with your animal, in the area identified for this purpose near the Chalet, where you will be safe. An employee of Les Glissades can show you this area. Under no circumstances may your animal be on the lifts/magic carpet, on the sliding slopes, installed on a slide and/or in a sled or at the bottom of the slopes upon arrival, at the end of the slope.

12. Commitment

This agreement by its rights, roles and functions between the parties is governed by the laws of the province of québec which are applicable in this province, without regard to other jurisdictions. All disputes involving the parties to this agreement will be presented solely in the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of québec, district of saint-jérôme.

The signee agrees to respect and ensure that all members of their family, season pass holders, customers of our various products and services, respect the regulations and safety instructions in force at Les Glissades du Domaine des Pays d’en Haut. If applicable, they undertake to inform all members of their family or group of the conditions of this document and the obligations incumbent on the holder of a pass or customer of the various products and services.

By signing here, I attest having read and understood the terms and conditions. I accept the conditions and risks stated in this contract.
